So, instead of searching for where you stored your information, it’s organised in your collaborative workspace.
And instead of receiving hundreds or emails or messages all more important than the other, the workspace will sort your tasks so that you can prioritize and save time to focus on what truly matters.

What is a team productivity expert?
A team productivity expert will focus on two things: collaboration and productivity.
Collaboration will study the system in place that make the team work effective. A typical example is to see how tasks are created, assigned, delegated and done.
And the productivity is the outcome of that system; how much get done by the team.
When you work with a team productivity expert, you have a chance to clarify your goals and put in place the proper systems to sustain the company growth.

Prices advertised for these 3 packages are a one-time payment. I can offer installment payments for convenience.
Do you offer discounts?
I don’t offer discount. However, I promise you’ll love working less, stressing less about operations and having more flexibility in your days. For practicing this for years now, I swear this is worth “everything”.
How much time can I expect to save daily?
It’s hard to give you a number because it varies for every team. It also depends on the business owner. How well you will extract yourself from daily operations, how much autonomy you want to give to your team. But, imagine that from working 10+ hours per day, every day of the week, you start being able to take weekends off, evenings off, then leave for an entire week… and more.
The big difference my service makes is the stress release, regaining some time flexibility and control over your agenda. Then, naturally, you will start reducing your involvment into operations and work less as well.
Will I work with Nicolas directly or someone else?
This service is offered and executed by myself only. Working directly with you will allow me to customize your workspace in real time and directly with you and your team. Plus, it is also because I simply love doing this.
Are you recruiting and training new staff?
You have to know that at the Clarity Map stage, depending on your situation, one recommendation I will formulate will be that you need more employees. If that’s the case, I will tell you exactly what profile and for what job-description.
However, I do not plan on offering any recruiting services. I can give you some contacts and tips if that’s needed.
But, I am training existing employees to use the collaborative workspace and all the potential changes it may have on their day to day. And if, during my service, new staff join your team, they will be provided trainings.

Are you using Notion ? I tried it in the past. And it’s too complex for my team.
Most people use Notion like a simple word processor or task manager. Even worst, they will download a template thinking it will sort all their problems.

Notion requires some design work to unlock its full potential, and that’s exactly what I’ll help you with.

What if I need to make changes after the service is finished? Will there be extra charges?
In short, yes, but it’s unlikely to happen before several years or significant changes in your organisation.
I will build a workspace in close collaboration with you and your team; not only for your operations to work now, but so that it structure your system for the coming years.
